Mark founded Imperial Oak Financial Solutions Ltd. in 2016 having worked in the financial sector since 1986. Mark has helped hundreds of clients over the years with all of their mortgage and protection needs in a manner that is as streamlined as possible for the client.

Sally Abbotts – Office Manager
Sally has worked with Mark since 2008 having previously worked for Barclays Bank.
Sally is the hub of the whole business making sure the client experience is of the highest quality. She liaises with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and lenders to try and make sure the client’s expectations are fully met.
Louise Wanas – Senior Mortgage Consultant
Louise joined Imperial Oak in early 2018, having spent most of her working career at Nationwide as a Senior Mortgage Consultant.
Louise’s focus has always been putting the client first, striving to find the most suitable solutions to their needs.
Steve Perry – Senior Mortgage Consultant
Steve’s goal is to provide the highest level of customer service on all occasions. By providing this level of service, Steve has helped and supported all his customers achieve their personal goals of home ownership within their affordability levels.
Having started his career in finance back in 1996, Steve has over 23 years of mortgage and protection knowledge that he brings to Imperial Oak.
Tracy Bloor – Senior Mortgage Consultant
Tracy has a great deal of experience in financial services having worked for the likes of Halifax, Santander, and Nationwide in customer-facing and advising roles so this makes her knowledge of the market extensive.
Her friendly energetic approach makes the whole process as pain-free as possible and clients feel at ease, a quote from a client "Tracy has been consistent, efficient and relentless in achieving this mortgage approval".
Her passion is travelling and whenever she can she loves nothing better than planning her next trip.
